Doctoral Symposium

The Doctoral Symposium aims at building a worldwide community of doctoral students working on health informatics, especially in rural and elderly health informatics. It will also promote interactions among students and researchers from academia and industry.

The IREHI18 Doctoral Symposium will, therefore, offer to Ph.D. students, from developed and developing countries, working in all fields of Health informatics a great opportunity to interact with renowned and experienced researchers in the field. Experienced researchers in health informatics will discuss with the Ph.D. students about their ongoing research.
We are seeking the following types of contributions:

  1. short paper (up to 4 pages for technical contents and 1 page for references) related to their ongoing research (single authored)
  2. Demos about results obtained in the scope of their ongoing research

Demo Proposals

We are seeking the following types of contributions:

  1. Demos from student authors about the concepts presented in their paper(s)
  2. Demos from all other authors of accepted contributions in the main conference and workshops
  3. Demos from faculty and academic research groups related to IEEE IREHI18 key topics
  4. Demos from industrial researchers
